Artwork Approval Steps 1-4 (5):

Step 1:

Proofing Process "USE THIS GUIDE" before submittal

  • Carefully examine all ● words/text(copy) ● grammar and ● punctuation including all numbering for correct order, spelling and other mistakes.
  • Does the design appear clean, crisp and in the colors chosen?
  • Re-examine as if seeing the proof for the first time or consider a fresh set of eyes. This can be of great help.
  • If a full bleed piece (edge-to-edge color/graphics) does the bleed appear past the cut lines as designated in proof? (*If applicable.)
  • Colors: RGB Monitors never truly represent the CMYK Press Printing Process. CMYK may have slight variances when going from one printer to another, and in some cases when reprinting with the same printer after a period of time has lapsed from a previous run. Unless paying for a Non-Gang Digital Run or using Offset Pantones, these variances can be common but subtle in most cases; if even noticeable.
  • "Offset, Digital, Pantones, Gang-Runs"... If you have any questions related to these processes please contact your print production provider or your Cannacular Representative.

Step 2:
Before Submitting *Acknowledgement

  • After examining the Proof/Project as outlined above, and "Approval" is given on "Step 4"; Client / Business accepts/acknowledges that Cannacular, LLC and its Partners are no longer liable and cannot be held liable for reprinting of the Project due to errors or mistakes that can be resolved/caught/fixed pre-print (now).
  • Please note: Errors or issues caused during production, will be handled at "NO" cost to client. But avoidable mistakes are the final responsibility of the client as stated above.
  • We aim to protect and facilitate a quality of service with reliable and consistent results. Your part in project success is as vital as ours. Thank you for taking the time to help in the assurance of your amazing upcoming deliverable asset.

Rush Orders Printing Turnaround: 
Some products allow for rush printing. This cost depends on the product chosen, size and quantities.  Rush typically adds anywhere from $35 to $100 (varies).

* With the order rushed, you will want to then afford a faster Shipping Method (below).

Shipping Method:
Standard Shipping is 3 to 4 days ground (afternoon arrival). Once the order is made and available for pick-up, a Tracking Number will be provided; once the package is logged in to either UPS or USPS. (up to 4 days, and longer on holidays)
